    • 4 weeks/month; 2 weeks on/off
  • Reason for Coverage: Supplemental
  • Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered by Agency
PATIENT INFORMATION
  • Average Daily Volume: 20 patients/day
FACILITY INFORMATION
  • EMR System: Epic
  • Support Staff: RNs: TBD, MAs: TBD, PA/NPs: 13, Office Staff: TBD
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
  • Hospital Privileges Required: No
  • Temporary Privileges Available: No
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • Required:
    • Low risk pregnancy
    • High risk pregnancy
    • FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
    • OB Ultrasounds (Performance of, interpretation, Level I/Screening (viability), Level II/Targeted (anatomic))
    • Amniocentesis
    • Routine delivery (Vaginal, Low forceps)
    • Decision -making for c -section
    • Complicated delivery (C -section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations)
    • Surgical gynecology (Open, Laser certification)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: BC required
  • Licenses: Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC)
  • DEA: Yes
  • Certifications: BLS
  • Fellowship: Preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years post -residency preferred (2+ years plus fellowship considered)
  • Other Qualifications: Experience with Epic EMR, mentoring/teaching skills
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide clinic coverage Monday through Friday, 8a – 5p
  • Support and direct APPs and Midwives with complex patients
  • Flex into the OR as needed based on elective surgical volumes
  • Mentor/advise new -graduate providers
  • Deliver full scope OB/GYN care including prenatal, delivery, and surgical gynecology
