Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician Opportunity – Santa Rosa, California

A well-established private OB-GYN practice Santa Rosa, California is seeking two Board Eligible or Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology Physicians to join their team. With over 60 years of history serving the community and delivering comprehensive care, this group offers an exceptional opportunity to step into thriving practices due to the upcoming retirement of two long-time physicians.

Practice Highlights:

• Join a collegial group of 6 OB-GYN physicians and 5 ARNPs
   
• Supportive, family-friendly culture with flexible scheduling
   
• Approximately 100 deliveries per month
   
• In-house call is 1:6, with plans to move to 1:7
   
• Privileges at a community hospital with 19-bed Family Maternity Center and Level II NICU
   
• Da Vinci robotics available, with experienced RN First Assists
   
• Collaborative approach to major GYN surgeries (typically done with 2 physicians)
    
• Partnership opportunity after 1 year

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive starting salary of $300,000
   
• Full benefits package
   
• Relocation stipend
   
• Total compensation range: $309,588 – $446,745 per year

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology Physicians in the state of California
