-July 2,7,1011,12,15,20,21,24,25,26,29

• Call Schedule: 24 -hour in -house call

• Call Type: In -house

• Patient Volume: 25 patients per shift

• Annual Deliveries: 3,000

• Phone Consults: Yes

• Support Staff: Midwives (5), PA/NPs (13)

• Case Mix:

-Hysterectomy

-Ectopic pregnancy

-D&C, ovarian cystectomy

-Abscesses

-Post -hysterectomy complications

• Procedures:

– Low and high -risk pregnancy management - 35% Low, 25% High, 5% C -Section, 20% Office GYN, 15% Surgical

– FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)

– OB ultrasounds (Level I & II)

– Amniocentesis

– Vaginal and cesarean deliveries

– Complicated deliveries, VBACs, multiple births, breech, abruptions

– Repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations

– Office/minor gynecology (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, LEEP, cryosurgery)

– Surgical gynecology: open and laparoscopic (ectopic pregnancy, oophorectomy, cystectomy, LOA)

• Trauma Level: II

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info: Busy, high -acuity in -house call model; providers manage emergent OB/GYN cases including

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered: Malpractice covered; travel/lodging not specified

Requirements:

• Active WA License or IMLC

• BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• BLS

• Fellowship training preferred
