PATIENT INFORMATION
  • Patient Demographics: Adult women, obstetrics and gynecology patients
  • Average Daily Volume: 12 patients/day
  • Case Mix: Obstetrics, gynecology, birth control, annual exams, women's health
FACILITY INFORMATION
  • EMR System: Epic
  • Office Equipment Available: Ultrasound (dating/viability)
  • Support Staff: RNs: 9, MAs: 13, PA/NPs: 6, Office Staff: TBD
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
  • Hospital Privileges Required: No
  • Credentialing Timeline: 30 -90 days
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: Board Certified
  • Licenses: Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC)
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient women's health care, including obstetrics and gynecology
  • Perform initial OB visits with dating and viability ultrasound
  • Conduct OB follow -ups at 16 and 28 weeks and other OB visits as needed
  • Provide birth control visits, including IUD insertions/removals and Nexplanon placements
  • Perform endometrial biopsies, manage general gynecological complaints, annual exams, and mental health screenings
