PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient Demographics: Adult women, obstetrics and gynecology patients
Average Daily Volume: 12 patients/day
Case Mix: Obstetrics, gynecology, birth control, annual exams, women's health

FACILITY INFORMATION

EMR System: Epic
Office Equipment Available: Ultrasound (dating/viability)
Support Staff: RNs: 9, MAs: 13, PA/NPs: 6, Office Staff: TBD

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: No
Credentialing Timeline: 30 -90 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified
Licenses: Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC)
Certifications: BLS, ACLS

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient women's health care, including obstetrics and gynecology
Perform initial OB visits with dating and viability ultrasound
Conduct OB follow -ups at 16 and 28 weeks and other OB visits as needed
Provide birth control visits, including IUD insertions/removals and Nexplanon placements
Perform endometrial biopsies, manage general gynecological complaints, annual exams, and mental health screenings
