LOCATION: The position will primarily work at a client site in the Fridley area - Should be located within driving distance 

Accountabilities: 

• Design – Space and Occupancy
• Own Project Plan and Lead Project Team
• Time, Budget and Risk Management
• Onsite Presence
• Project Close-out
• Customer Satisfaction

Requirements

 What You Should Have: 

• 3 years of proven work experience in interior design, facilities space management or related role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in interior design, business, communications, or an industry related field
• Knowledge of  commercial furniture solutions would be an asset
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Enterprise resource planning (ERP), and  an enthusiasm for learning new software programs
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• CAFM (computer aided facility management) software experience
• Excellent communication skills: Listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions, writes clearly and informatively
• Demonstrate high-level analytical thinking expertise: thoughtful analysis and problem-solving skills, effective decision-making, and leadership competencies, execute tasks efficiently and calmly, lead completion of multiple tasks and deadlines, conflict resolution
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, internal team members and vendor partners to manage expectations and ensure a positive client experience 
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remember the details of each project and scope of work

The hiring compensation range for this position is $45-55k. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
