Job Title: Occupational Health Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating health maintenance and health education programs related to occupational health and wellbeing.

• Provide professional nursing care to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of employees.

• Prepare and maintain accurate patient clinical records.

• Evaluate current occupational health and safety efforts, providing recommendations for improvements.

• Participate in ongoing education to stay updated on occupational health and safety practices and relevant legal regulations.

• Deliver health services and programs to employees on-site, promoting a healthy work environment.

• Perform basic medical care functions and screening examinations, including emergency care and referrals.

• Identify workplace factors contributing to illness and implement healthcare programs to prevent disease and accidents.

• Manage medical recordkeeping systems, including employee health records and medical leave of absence records, ensuring confidentiality.
