What You'll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational health services — from first aid and triage to physicals, screenings, and medical surveillance


• Assess and manage work-related injuries and illnesses, supporting return-to-work with clarity and care


• Respond to medical emergencies on-site and coordinate seamlessly with local hospitals and EMS


• Provide case management that balances clinical expertise with client policies and employee advocacy


• Champion wellness and health promotion programs that keep employees engaged and thriving


• Collaborate with client leadership on special projects and deliver impactful employee education


• This is a part-time, weekend-focused role that requires flexibility to work different shifts and hours based on operational needs.

What You Bring:

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee 


• BLS Certification and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required)


• 3–5 years of nursing experience; occupational health background strongly preferred


• Working knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation regulations


• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Hearing Conservation, or Spirometry (a plus)


• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends — and a mindset that embraces it


• Emotional intelligence — you lead with empathy, regulate under pressure, and communicate with purpose
