HTS is currently hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at two beautiful retirement communities situated in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Both facilities offer independent living, assisted living and memory care. One, located near Cascade and Ada, also offers respite care. The other, located in the Eastown neighborhood, offers skilled nursing and has a 5-Star Rating by CMS. The OTR will treat patients at both facilities. 

• Full time position, 30 – 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday.

• Compensated mileage and drive time for travel between the facilities.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active [state] Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn [state] license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
