Metro is looking for a full time Occupational Therapist in our Mystic, CT clinic. Our clinics enjoy a well-trained support staff, as well as a state-of-the-art space and equipment. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one treatment
• Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of occupational treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent occupational dysfunction in patients.
• Custom Splint Fabrication for Patients
• Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating the data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention.
• Develop and guide plans of care which encourage compliance and produce the best results for your patients.
• Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
• Must be willing to treat all ages and have sensory integration experience.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
• CT Occupational Therapy License or eligible
• 1+ years of practicing OT experience
• Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
