Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote patients’ ability to perform daily activities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic interventions and enhance patients' functional independence.

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Excellent clinical skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 days of employment – Facility Paid
