Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Miami, FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5x8, Dayshift with Rotating Weekends, 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Base Pay Range: $32.62 - $48.93/hr

• Midpoint: $40.82/hr
• Shift Differential: +$3/hr

Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Hand Therapist / Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a high-performing team in a leading trauma and specialty care hospital. The ideal candidate will provide personalized rehabilitative care to patients across the lifespan, helping them regain the physical skills needed for daily living and work activities, particularly focused on hand and upper extremity conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Deliver both inpatient and outpatient care to a diverse patient population.
• Provide age-specific care, including pediatric to geriatric populations.
• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to supportive clinical staff.
• Participate in infection control protocols, safety procedures, and equipment training.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and department growth strategies.
• Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving within a collaborative team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum 4-year degree).
• Current Florida State License in Occupational Therapy.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Certified Hand Therapist required.
• Current BLS certification required.
