Unit Notes
- - Unit: PT, OT, Speech - Marian & Arroyo Grande (home based care)
- - Certs: Speech - do they prefer/require CCC-SLP and/or CCC-A credential? BLS required
- - EMR: Cerner
- - Rehab Aides/OTA/PTA: yes - usually will be perm staff though
- - Weekend Requirement: every 3rd weekend
- - Holidays: minor holidays, major only if needed
- - Scrub Color/Uniform: business attire with white lab coat, no jeans
- - Outpatient and Inpatient: N/A
- - Shifts: flexible, majority of work hours are M-F 8am-5pm
- - What areas are they required to cover: they will be assigned to a geographical region
- - Floor specific orientation: 1.5-2 weeks
- - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: PT/OT - ortho, strokes, ortho, joints, spinal injuries speech - anything
- - Additional Notes: Candidates must have experience with Oasis (gov't mandated form).
- Must also have one year experience working PT/OT/Sp, home setting experience is preferred but not required.
