We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Occupational Therapist position at our Madison, Alabama clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and identify children’s developmental needs and establish individualized goals


• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans using a variety of pediatric techniques


• Improve functional independence in areas such as self-care, sensory processing, fine motor skills, core strength, and visual motor coordination


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers


• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed


• Maintain clear and timely documentation of patient care


• Provide supervision and support for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy


• Current OT license (or in process of obtaining one) in the state of Alabama


• Experience in pediatric settings preferred


• Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and best practices


• Familiarity with ADL evaluation tools and evidence-based pediatric interventions


• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills


• Proficiency with Google Suite and digital documentation systems


• Commitment to professionalism and continuous learning


• Ability to work with diverse personalities and behavioral needs in children
