Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapeutic services in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center. In this role, you'll lead individualized treatment programs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions focusing on ADL enhancement and functional independence
• Lead individualized and group therapy sessions
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Mentor and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Participate in care planning meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current New York State OT License
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
