Occupational Therapist Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in the day-to-day operations of a therapy team or discipline
  


• Utilize practical supervisory and communication skills for interdepartmental relationships
  


• Manage the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation
  


• Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients, including assessments, evaluations, and individualized treatment plans.
  

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Current AZ state Occupational Therapist License
  


• BLS Certification
  


• 3 years of discipline-specific or leadership experience required, with no less than 2 years of clinical experience
  


• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or Specialty Professional Certification preferred
