Occupational Therapist

A smaller healthcare clinic located just outside La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time, permanent Occupational Therapist to join their team!

The Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity:

• Responsible for evaluating and conducting medically prescribed Occupational Therapy services in the organization and for other contracted services. Acts to restore function to maximize an individual's independence and prevent or minimize the affects of a disability or illness.
  

The Occupational Therapist Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy required.
  


• CPR certification required.
  


• National (NBCOT) certification and State of Wisconsin licensure required.
  


• DPI license and WMA certification recommended.
  


• Lymphedema certification desirable.
  


• Minimum one year experience as an O.T. in physical rehabilitative setting preferred.
