Avant Tech is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our innovative therapy team. In this role, you will work with clients to enhance their ability to perform daily activities and improve their overall quality of life. You will be part of a dynamic environment focused on providing patient-centered care while engaging in collaborative practices and utilizing advanced treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at improving clients' fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and progress tracking.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
• Educate clients and their families on strategies to enhance independence and functioning in daily activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes.

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience working with various populations, especially in outpatient therapy settings is preferred.
• Passion for helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
