A facility located near Crescent City, CA is seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to join their team!

Pay range: $41.00-$51.00/hr

Occupational Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire opportunity
  


• Schedule: Mon-Fri

• A mix of home health and outpatient
  


• An outpatient/home health Occupational Therapist will assess and adapt the home environment to improve safety and support functional living for patients
  


• Will help patients regain independence with daily activities (like bathing, dressing, or cooking)
  

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist
  


• BLS certification
