Overview

We are hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative rehab team in Palm Beach County. Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on physician orders and patient needs.

• Provide skilled interventions to improve functional independence, mobility, and daily living activities.

• Observe and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

• Educate patients and families on recovery, adaptation, and wellness strategies.

• Participate in discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

Required:

• Registered Occupational Therapist (ROT) license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)

• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)

• Hourly Pay: $32.62 – $46.50 (based on experience)
