What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat patients across multiple service lines and care settings
Guide and expand OT programs to improve consistency, outcomes, and workflow
Mentor and support clinicians through coaching, training, and collaboration
Partner on documentation standards, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
Serve as a clinical leader while remaining embedded in day-to-day patient care
What Were Looking For
Graduate of an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy program
California OT license (active or eligible)
5+ years of clinical OT experience
Interest in leadership, mentorship, and program ownership
Prior lead or supervisory experience welcomed, not required
Certified Clinical Instructor (CCI) credential is a plus
Comfort with Spanish-speaking patients—or interest in developing those skills
Skills That Help You Thrive
Experience with EMRs (Cerner familiarity preferred)
Organized, steady leadership style with strong follow-through
Ability to balance independent clinical judgment with service-line priorities
Working knowledge of healthcare documentation (ICD-10 / CPT preferred)
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus
