• Monday-Thurs 8-4, Fri 8-12, or can do 4- 9 hour days

The Work: 

In this role, you will evaluate client's post-impairment, injury, or disease, and create tailored occupational therapy treatment programs following physician referrals. Your interventions may encompass therapeutic exercise, functional retraining, modalities like thermal electrical treatments, splinting, and various retraining skills. Regular client reevaluations will gauge intervention effectiveness, aiding in discharge planning. As an OT, you will oversee treatment from students, technicians, or assistants, recommending care strategies to the healthcare team for seamless client rehabilitation. Additionally, you will delegate services, provide instruction to support staff, and fulfill other duties as assigned by the manager.
