The Admiral at the Lake – Functional Pathways is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our rehab therapy team. We welcome new graduates—this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful patient care.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy programs for patients

• Help patients regain independence in daily living activities

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes

• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and staff

Requirements:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible for licensure)

• Willingness to work full-time 5 x 8 day shifts

• Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
