Occupational Therapist 

Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays)

Overview:
Were seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join a supportive interdisciplinary care team. This role focuses on helping older adults maintain independence, safety, and quality of life through personalized therapy and rehabilitation services all within a stable weekday schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy in both center and home settings.
• Conduct home safety assessments and recommend adaptive equipment.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate care.
• Supervise COTAs and Rehab Aides as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Massachusetts.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience with the geriatric population preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Local travel required.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
