Responsibilities






  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of our residents

  • Design and implement effective interventions to improve mobility, coordination, and daily living skills

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers

  • Document all treatments and progress, accurately and in a timely manner

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness









Qualifications






EDUCATION:

  • Must have a Master of Occupational Therapy or clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy for applicants graduating from accredited Occupational Therapy Programs 2007-Present 

 

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Must have IL and/or IA state license upon hire
