Job Description - Occupational Therapist

Adelphi is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide on -site school -based occupational therapy services to students at a school in Maryland. The ideal candidate will support K–12 students and/or Infant & Toddler populations with fine motor, sensory, visual -motor, adaptive, and functional performance needs.

Requirements:

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license

• School -based pediatric OT experience strongly preferred

• Familiarity with IEPs and school -based service delivery

Responsibilities:

• Conduct OT evaluations and re -evaluations using standardized and functional assessments

• Prepare written evaluation reports and assist with IEP goal development

• Provide direct individual and/or group OT services aligned with student IEPs

• Support fine motor, sensory integration, visual -motor, and ADL needs

• Consult with teachers and teams regarding classroom modifications and adaptive equipment

• Provide push -in and pull -out services as determined by the IEP team

• Any other duties as assigned within scope
