Full Time Contract Position for an Occupational Therapist

8:00AM-5:00PM with some flexibility

Location: Carlsbad, TX

Responsibilities

Completing Occupational Therapy Assessments

Program planning for individuals with a variety of diagnoses

Skilled therapy and attendance at client meetings

Communication with team members

Documentation and completing reports

Teaching Direct Support Professional staff

Requirements

Active Texas Occupational Therapist License

1 year experience in Occupational Health and or Occupational Medicine

Experienced in OT assessments and program planning

Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
