The OT ensures that all treatment is performed safely, effectively, and in accordance with professional standards. The position requires effective communication, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities. Additionally, the OT is expected to manage documentation, billing, and the overall progress of patient care.
