Occupational Therapist

Hereford, TX | Serving patients within a 30-mile radius | $65–$70 per visit + $5 per COTA visit | PRN | Weekly Pay

BrightStar Care of Amarillo is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one home health care to pediatric and adult patients.

This PRN position offers independence in the field, meaningful patient care, and additional compensation for supervising assigned COTAs.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Evaluate pediatric and adult patients in their homes

  
  


• 
  

  Develop treatment plans based on individual needs and goals

  
  


• 
  

  Provide therapy visits and monitor patient progress

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise assigned COTAs and review documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with the care team regarding patient needs and progress

  
  


• 
  

  Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

  
  

Pay & Schedule

• 
  

  $65–$70 per completed visit

  
  


• 
  

  $5 for each visit completed by assigned COTAs

  
  


•

What You’ll Need

• 
  

  Active, unrestricted Texas Occupational Therapist license

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of OT experience

  
  


• 
  

  Current BLS/CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel between patient visits

  
  


• 
  

  Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working independently
