Join a wonderful community healthcare facility near Peoria, Arizona, as an Occupational Therapist on its incredible team.

Occupational Therapist Opportunity:

Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p

Setting: Home Health

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

Training patients to organize and safely track complex pill schedules

Supporting memory, task sequencing, and problem-solving deficits

Improving fine/gross motor skills, grip strength, and coordination

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

Must have or be willing to obtain a BLS certification upon hire

Must have a Master’s or Doctorate in an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Must have an active Arizona License to practice Occupational Therapy or be willing to obtain one upon hire
