What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


• Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence


• Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to resident goals


• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members


• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed


• Educate residents and families on strategies for continued success

What You'll Need

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy


• Current Washington Occupational Therapist license in good standing


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred


• Passion for helping residents improve their quality of life
