Job Description - Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation services to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The OT will help residents improve their ability to perform daily living activities, regain independence, and achieve the highest possible level of functioning.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Current, active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Gergia.

Experience in SNF, long-term care, rehabilitation, or a similar setting preferred.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
