About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team in Miami Shores, FL. This is a full-time, employee position based entirely out of our multidisciplinary clinic. You’ll be working closely with a team of therapists across disciplines to help children build the skills they need to thrive in their daily lives.

Whether you’re an experienced OT or a new graduate, we offer training, mentorship, and ongoing support throughout your day using our communication platform and in-person collaboration as needed.

3. What You'll Do

• Provide individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric clients in our clinic and through teletherapy.
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and more.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Educate and support families to promote carryover and progress at home.
• Maintain timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and session records.
• Participate in professional development, staff training, and team-building events.
• Utilize clinic-provided therapy tools and resources, and enjoy designated office space for documentation and planning.

4. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Florida OT license in good standing (required).
• Medicaid provider number preferred (but not required—support provided if you are not yet credentialed).
• Pediatric experience (required).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency and access to a personal computer.
• Reliable transportation to/from the clinic.
• Ability to comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
• Clean background check.
