Healthcare Therapy Services [HTS] is now hiring an Occupational Therapist [OT] to join our outstanding therapy teams in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Occupational Therapist in this position will work 4 hours (1/2 day) daily at a primary facility, and float to another of our local senior living communities for the balance of daily hours. Located on the north side of Fort Wayne, within a few miles of the major hospitals, the primary facility is a 5-Star CMS-rated skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehab and long-term care.
Position Details:
· At 30 – 40 hours per week, including drive time between buildings, this is a full-time position.
· Unique opportunity to experience a variety of work environments, team dynamics and patient populations.
· Scheduling is based on caseload needs at local area HTS sites.
· Compensated drive time and mileage between buildings.

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
