Occupational Therapist - Full-Time

We need a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our Continuum Therapy Partners team at Sycamorespring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Maiamisburg, OH.

 As an Occupational Therapist at Continuum Therapy Partners, you will play a vital role in facilitating individuals' engagement in meaningful daily activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the improvement of patients' lives by addressing physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges. 

You'll Be Responsible For: 

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand patients' physical, cognitive, & emotional capacities
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessments, medical history, & physician recommendations
• Providing evidence-based physical therapy interventions to address patients' mobility, strength, balance, & coordination
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate & implement comprehensive care plans 
• Educating patients & their families on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and strategies for improving daily functioning 
• Monitoring & document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes 
• Staying informed about advancements in physical therapy through continuous learning & professional development 
• Upholding ethical & professional standards in all interactions with patients, families, & colleagues

You'll Need To Have: 

• A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program 
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong clinical reasoning & problem-solving skills 
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team 
• Compassionate & client-centered approach to therapy
