Your Caseload

You’ll work with a diverse and engaging caseload, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values shared knowledge and teamwork.

You’re set up to do your best work through:

• Thoughtful scheduling and defined territories to support appropriate caseloads

• Limited drive time between visits whenever possible

• Clinical leadership by therapists who understand your day‑to‑day challenges

• Individualized support for your interests and professional growth

• Collaboration with AccentCare Home Health colleagues for a comprehensive, team‑based approach to care

Requirements for this position include the following: 

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited occupational therapy program 
• Active or pending state occupational therapy license 
• New Graduates welcome to apply 

PRN provided a per-visit rate:

• Flexible Schedule
• 401K with 50% employer match up to 6% per check
