We’re currently hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic inpatient team at Frederick Health Hospital in Frederick, MD.
Position Highlights
Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday
Minimal Weekend Requirement: One weekend day per month
Holiday Rotation: One major and one minor holiday per year

About the Role You’ll work alongside a large, collaborative team treating a diverse caseload that includes orthopedics, neurology, behavioral health, and critical care.

Qualifications
Degree from a CAOTE accredited school
Maryland state licensure (or eligibility)
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
1+ year of acute care or skilled nursing experience preferred (New grads with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply)
Accurately document patient care using a web-based EMR system
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
Meet all clinical, departmental, and regulatory standards
Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
