Shift: 8-Hour Days (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Hourly Rate: Starting at $43/hour

Weekend Requirements: None

On-Call Requirements: None

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a permanent placement opportunity in a critical access hospital setting. This role is Monday through Friday with no weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities. The OT will work independently and must be confident managing both inpatient and swing bed patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to inpatient and swing bed patients.
• Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs for patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery.
• Work independently as the sole OT in a 21-bed critical access hospital.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using CPSI and ReDoc systems.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Kansas OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Previous acute care or swing bed experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
