• Setting: Outpatient Rehabilitiation services. Hospital based.


• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8hr days, flexible. 


• Job Requirements: Must have an active OT license in AZ, at least 6 months of experience, and be accredited.


• Compensation: Competitive based on experience.
