Job Opportunity: Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

Soliant, a leading healthcare staffing pany, is excited to announce a full-time opening for an Occupational Therapist (OT) in partnership with a respected school district in Sidney, OH. We are seeking a dedicated OT to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of students. This position offers weekly pay, advisory support, professional development opportunities, and renewal for the 2023-2024 school year.

Responsibilities:

Provide prehensive occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' goals and objectives
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' success in the school environment
Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and support to students in various educational settings
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio
Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Excellent munication skills, both verbal and written
mitment to providing high-quality services to students and families
Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each student
Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions
