We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing outpatient rehab team in Belfair, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced therapists and new graduates who want to develop their careers in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or evening shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, 45-minute outpatient therapy sessions

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with physical therapists, PTAs, and support staff

• Utilize EMR systems for accurate, efficient documentation

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and recovery goals

• Maintain timely and professional clinical records

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $40–$50/hour

• Annual Equivalent: $83,200–$104,000

• Full-Time (30+ hours/week) or PRN schedule options

• Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or holidays

• Monthly performance bonus opportunity

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington State

• Current CPR certification
