What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence
• Work closely with patients, families, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Participate in care planning and collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals
• Help patients achieve their functional and quality-of-life goals

What We’re Looking For

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatrics is a plus
