What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat adults in a post-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans that improve functional independence
• Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs), adaptive equipment, and safety techniques
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and families
• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation
• Help patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
