We are hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a respected outpatient clinic in Stanwood, Washington. What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalized 45-minute, 1-on-1 therapy sessions

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions

• Develop customized treatment plans focused on functional recovery and long-term outcomes

• Collaborate closely with PTs, PTAs, and other clinical staff to ensure a team-based approach

• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery goals, tools, and home exercises

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using a modern EMR system

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Washington (or eligible)

• Current CPR certification

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning skills

• Open to new graduates within 90 days of licensure

Compensation & Benefits
