What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services based on patient needs and goals
• Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living
• Address strength, coordination, cognition, positioning, mobility, and functional skills
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, patients, families, and facility staff
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience is preferred, but not required
