Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatric Home Health

Location: Pflugerville, Georgetown, Hutto, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, and North Austin. 
Pay: $81,000 – $102,000 per year; Sign On Bonus $3000 with a Guaranteed Caseload

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time... Super Flexible Hours!

What You’ll Do:

• Help kids build confidence and independence by improving sensory, fine motor, and self-care skills


• Design playful, personalized treatment plans that make therapy fun and effective


• Work closely with parents, caregivers, and our amazing therapy team to celebrate every milestone


• Share easy-to-use home activities and tips to keep progress going outside of sessions


• Keep documentation accurate and up to date in our straightforward EMR system
  

What You’ll Need:

• You’ve completed an accredited Occupational Therapy program


• You hold (or are eligible for) a Texas OT license


• You’re NBCOT certified (or soon will be!)


• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


• Most importantly, you have a heart for helping kids and families achieve their goals
