Your Clinical Impact

As a leader in our rehabilitation department, you will:

• Design Independence: Create evidence-based treatment plans focused on regaining ADL proficiency.

• Mentor & Lead: Supervise COTAs and provide clinical guidance to the nursing restorative team.

• Collaborate: Drive holistic recovery through active participation in Patient Care Conferences and Utilization Reviews.

• Master Documentation: Maintain precise, compliant evaluations and notes for seamless care transitions.

• Empower Families: Provide caregiver training and recommend adaptive equipment to ensure safe discharges.
