Occupational Therapist -PRN

Description

HTS is currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join the therapy team on a PRN basis at our partner continuing care retirement facilities located in New Carlisle, Notre Dame and South Bend, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed new graduates as well as experienced professionals looking for flexible work schedules. PRN with HTS is extremely flexible however a mixture of weekend and weekday availability is requested.  Choose where you accept PRN work. Availability for all facilities isn't required.

Other HTS Locations with occasional PRN needs: Goshen, Winona Lake

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct evaluations for residents to assess their occupational therapy needs.

- Document progress notes, recertifications, and discharge summaries on a PRN basis.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications:

- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Indiana.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work according to staffing needs.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana License, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
