About the Role:

MIYO Health is seeking a Florida-licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-person school-based services to students in the Miami, FL area. In this role, you’ll support students' ability to participate in everyday school activities by improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and independence.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations
• Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support functional performance in the school environment
• Complete required documentation and progress reports as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Occupational Therapy license
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric or school-based experience
• Ability to work in-person in Miami, FL
• Familiarity with IEP development and special education service delivery
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Part time availability for the 25-26 school year

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with sensory integration and adaptive equipment
• Familiarity with Medicaid billing
• Ability to support students with a wide range of needs and abilities
