POSITION OVERVIEW

Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for a permanent, direct-hire position with an established hospital in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This position reports to the Program Director and includes patient evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and activities of daily living.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and assistive equipment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. REQUIRED
• Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice (Arizona). REQUIRED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. REQUIRED
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. REQUIRED
• Strong clinical documentation skills. REQUIRED

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation documentation systems.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

On-site work in Sierra Vista, Arizona is required. Employer visa sponsorship is not available. No minimum years of experience were specified in the requisition.
