Salary & Highlights
Annual Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year
Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $2,000 to $4,000(paid in first 90 days of employment)
Performance Bonus: $3,000 to $5,000 annually

The Role
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric team in Cary, NC. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential skills, achieve milestones, and reach their full potential through:
Comprehensive Assessments: Identifying children's needs, developmental delays, and functional limitations.
Individualized Care: Developing treatment plans using play-based therapy, sensory integration, and other evidence-based approaches.
Family Engagement: Educating and empowering parents and caregivers with strategies and resources to support development at home.
Collaborative Intervention: Working alongside early intervention specialists and the broader care team for optimal, holistic outcomes.
Qualifications
Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
State Licensure: Valid and current state license in Occupational Therapy.
Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of child development milestones across diverse populations (infants through adolescents).
Skills: Strong professional judgment, excellent interpersonal communication, and a talent for engaging children in the therapeutic process.
